Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
This policy explains what data is processed when you visit 3DXFlix (3dxflix.com), which cookies and similar storage are used, and how you can change your choices. 3DXFlix is an adults-only (18+) website that is funded by advertising.
Who is responsible
Controller: [Operator name], EU (GDPR applies). Contact for privacy questions and requests: [privacy contact email].
Age confirmation and privacy choices
When you first visit, a dialog asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older and of legal age where you live, and to make a privacy choice: “I’m 18+ — accept all”, “I’m 18+ — necessary only”, or your own settings via “Choose settings”. If you are under 18 you must leave. Your age confirmation and your choice are stored only in your browser (local storage entries sc_age_v1 and sc_privacy_v1), so the dialog does not reappear on every page. If your browser does not allow this storage, “Necessary only” applies.
You can change your choice at any time with the “Privacy choices” link in the footer of every page. The page then reloads with your new setting.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as “Necessary only”: analytics stays off and personalized advertising cannot be enabled.
Advertising
This site shows ads with either choice. Ads are delivered by ExoClick S.L. (ExoClick), which receives technical data from your browser when an ad is requested, such as your IP address, browser/device information and the address of the page. See ExoClick’s privacy policy. Advertisers you visit by clicking an ad have their own privacy policies.
- “Accept all” (or enabling “Personalized ads” in the settings): ads may be personalized, and ExoClick and its partners may use cookies, similar identifiers and measurement.
- “Necessary only” (or GPC): video ads in our player (before, during or after a video) and the advertiser window that can open when you click on the page are requested from ExoClick with a signal that GDPR applies and with no consent string (
gdpr=1, no consent). These ads are not personalized and ExoClick is asked not to set tracking cookies for them. Banner and native ads on the page are still shown with ExoClick’s standard ad script, which cannot carry this signal and may set ExoClick’s own cookies and identifiers.
The advertiser window (a new tab or window opened on your first click on a page, except on the privacy dialog, ads, form fields or during a playing video ad) is limited to roughly one attempt per 45 minutes. To enforce this limit we set a first-party cookie __Host-sc_pop_cap (expires after 45 minutes) and a local storage entry sc_pop_last_v2 (the time of the last attempt). They are used only for this limit, with either choice.
Analytics (only with your consent)
We use a self-hosted Matomo installation (at 3dxflix.com/stats, operated by us for our network of sites) only if you choose “Accept all” or enable “Optional analytics”. Matomo runs without cookies and records broad page types, one coarse entry category, and fixed interaction and verified-playback stage counts. It does not record referrer addresses, search text or video titles. As with any web request, the analytics request includes technical data such as your IP address and browser. With “Necessary only” or GPC, Matomo is not loaded.
Embedded third-party video players
Many videos on this site are played from, or embedded from, third-party video hosts (for example xvideos.com, xnxx.com or eporner.com). When such a player loads, that host receives your IP address and browser data, may set its own cookies (for example session cookies), may use its own analytics, and may show its own ads, independently of the choice you make on this site. Their own privacy policies apply.
Other cookies and browser storage
tdx_sess(first-party session cookie): marks that the first page view of your browser session has been counted. That first view sends the referring website’s address to us once; we keep only daily aggregate counts per broad traffic-source class (no IP addresses, no browser data, no per-visitor records), for 31 days.tdx_voted_<video ID>(first-party cookie, 1 year): set when you rate a video, to prevent duplicate votes. Ratings are stored as totals per video.- Local and session storage in your browser for site functions, such as your interface language, player quality preference, resume position, watch preferences/queue, and whether you closed a sticky element. This stays in your browser and is not sent to us for profiling.
- If you log in: the standard WordPress login cookies, which keep you signed in.
Accounts, likes and comments (optional)
You can use the site without an account. If you register, we store your username, email address and password (stored hashed by WordPress), and the videos you like or rate while logged in. Comments require an account; WordPress stores the comment text, time, and the IP address and browser information of the commenter, and comments may be held for moderation. Login and registration attempts are rate-limited using a temporary, hashed form of your IP address (kept for 15 minutes). To access, correct or delete your account data, contact us at the address above.
Hosting, security and reports
The site is served through Cloudflare and our hosting provider. Like any website, they process connection data (such as IP address, browser and requested address) to deliver pages and media and to protect the site against abuse; server logs are kept for [server log retention period]. If you report a playback problem with the report button, we store only aggregate counts per reason.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time (via “Privacy choices”; withdrawal does not affect earlier processing). Contact us at [privacy contact email]. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. For content removal requests see Content removal; see also our Terms and 2257 statement.
